1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for beginner courses and within 3 days of purchase for intermediate and advanced courses.
- To be eligible for a refund, the user must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed courses, digital downloads, or one-on-one coaching sessions.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@trade-coach.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment providers will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Live training sessions, mentorship programs, and special promotions are non-refundable.
- Subscription-based services can be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be issued for partial or unused months.
